Root Cause behind this incident was a core network outage on one of our major Frankfurt providers that made a large number of Bunny servers in Frankfurt unreachable between 02:36 and 02:44 UTC. We haven't observed any further issues since 02:44 UTC, nor expect any further issues due to this and will be resolving this incident at this time.

A subset of optimizer workers exhibited disk performance issues, impacting Optimizer software's throughput. A fix has been deployed to all servers sharing this same hardware model and performance is back at normal levels again.
Bunny.net’s official status page says: All Systems Operational. This page checks it again when you load it, at most every 5 minutes.
The most recent incident Bunny.net reported was “Storage operations in DE and Stream uploads performance degradation”, 6 days ago (2026-10-15 21:09 UTC). None of its incidents in the last 90 days were a full outage.
Bunny.net reports 17 components on its status page, including Website, Stream Service, Dashboard, Stream - Transcoding Service, API. Each is checked again whenever this page refreshes.
Pause deploys that depend on it, queue or retry failed jobs once it recovers, and check whether a mirror or cache can cover the gap.
CDN delivery, Edge Storage and Stream are separate components on the status page. A storage problem does not stop already-cached content from being served.
Bunny lists Stream, Live Stream and the Transcoding Service separately; on-demand video processing shows up under the transcoding row, not under CDN.
If the status above is operational but Bunny.net still fails for you, the cause is probably on your side: try another network, clear the cache, or check your own connection. If it shows a degradation or an outage, others are affected too.
OpenUptime checks your site every minute and sends an alert to Slack, Telegram, email or a webhook the moment it stops responding. It is open source and free to start.
