What to include
- The email address of your account, and the monitor or incident concerned.
- What you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when.
- For the iOS app: the app version (Settings, About) and your iOS version.
Self-help
- Documentation covers monitors, alerts, status pages and the API.
- iOS app lists what the app does and what it needs.
- Changelog shows recent fixes and changes.
